Anu Mankki has over 20 years of extensive experience in strategic resource management within leading technology and manufacturing companies, as well as in the FMCG sector, both in Finland and internationally. She also possesses expertise in the development and management of both global industrial service businesses and family-owned companies.

Anu actively works with listed and non-listed clients across various industries and countries, conducting challenging searches for the C-suite and other levels of executive leadership. Her business insight, leadership experience, and educational background equip her to serve clients broadly across sector boundaries. Her clientele includes industries such as manufacturing and technology, logistics and transportation, FMCG, processing, construction, retail, as well as clients in the service, finance, and insurance sectors.

With her background as an e.g. Executive Vice President of HR & Communications, Anu has been a member of leadership teams for 15 years in publicly listed companies, strengthening her expertise in developing both business capabilities and functional competencies. She has successfully worked on strategic change initiatives, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business turnaround projects, and growth and efficiency programs. Her key focus has often been on developing organizations, processes, resources, competencies, and leadership.

Anu also conducts executive and management group evaluations for her clients, which provide a deeper understanding of the target group’s capabilities, performance, potential, and other key themes related to development and performance.

Anu possesses insight into board dynamics and roles as she has both served as a board member and conducted various member searches and board evaluations. She has experience working with various board committees throughout her career.

Anu holds a MSc. Philosophy as well as a degree in Communications and Marketing, and has pursued international management studies at institutions such as IMD in Switzerland, Aalto University, and other MBA programs. She has lived and worked in Finland, Germany, and Sweden, and has had extended work assignments in China, Thailand, the Baltics, the USA, and Turkey.
