Before joining the Advisor Team, Erkki was an Executive Search Consultant and Senior Partner at JFP since 2002.

During his 15 years as an Executive Search Consultant, Erkki performed nearly 300 demanding executive searches aimed at filling top and middle management positions for the ICT, industrial and service sectors in both Finnish and international companies. He also served on the board of the international IIC Partners from 2006 to 2009.

Before joining JFP Executive Search, Erkki worked over 20 years with well-known international IT companies. He worked as a CEO and held several Director -positions in sales and marketing in Finland as well as Central and Eastern European countries.
