Heikki has worked as an executive search consultant for over 10 years. In his role, he focuses particularly on challenging c-suite, executive and key personnel searches, as well as board member executive search processes. In his search assignments conducted for Finnish and international companies, there has been a clear emphasis on business management and development, finance, corporate and public relations communication, responsibility, HR, as well as sales and marketing.

Heikki is also experienced in executive assessment. His specific interest areas are change management, digitalization, and the development of business and customer experience.

His industry knowledge and client network are extensive. His clientele includes numerous organizations in the health and well-being sector (such as healthcare, health technology, medical devices, diagnostics, and pharmaceuticals) as well as various industrial and technology companies, companies in the construction, energy, service, real estate, and logistics sectors, and significant organizations and associations. Wholesale trade and the public sector are also familiar to him.

Heikki has extensive and diverse experience of business management in the pharmaceutical industry and health care service sector in Finland and the Nordic countries. Before joining JFP, Heikki held leadership positions in various international companies for 20 years, including in sales, marketing, business development and consultancy.

Heikki holds a Master of Economic Sciences degree. Alongside his work, Heikki has completed numerous courses on consulting and business management, including at the Ashridge Business School in the UK.
