Happy anniversary year of 2024!

As the year comes to an end, we’d like to take a moment to reflect on the past and excitedly peek into what lies ahead.

The year 2023 was both busy and quite fascinating for us. In the last 12 months we have began to renew our services with new technology. We are actively engaged in safely integrating AI into our daily operations, aiming to modernize our processes and enhance efficiency. Additionally, in the autumn of this year we welcomed Jarkko Lindroos onto our team, strengthening our ability to solve resourcing challenges in the ICT industry. These recent and ongoing developments are a testament to our dedication to delivering flexible and proactive service.

As we step into the year 2024, we also proudly begin the celebration of JFP Executive Search’s 45^th anniversary. Our founding member Kurt Kääriäinen acknowledged the uniqueness of our path two decades ago in 2004:

It is an honor to continue this journey. Personnel may have changed over time, but we at JFP remain dedicated to our work with full passion and professionalism. Client satisfaction is a source of pride for us to this day. Through our assignments, we are lucky to have met an inspiring array of professionals from various fields. We cherish our long-term partnerships, some of which have spanned decades, and are eager to continue working with our newly formed collaborations.

We cannot wait to embrace new challenges and to celebrate our 45^th anniversary together with you next year.
